Papertake Challenge #68

Tonight's Birthday card is based on the Sketch from Papertake Weekly Challenge #68.  I used a cute image from Mo Manning.  She is colored in with Copics.  The paper is from My Mind's Eye Lost & Found - Madison Avenue.  The ribbon and the bit of "bling" are Close to My Heart.  The paper rose at the center of the bow is from my stash.
