Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 with a Twist!!

Hey there friends!!  This week there is a new Twist happening over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2!!  No new Sketch this week, instead we've asked all of our Followers to choose their favorite Sketch and create a card with an added Twist - Paper Piecing!!  Before I continue though I want to tell you about some happy news - I have a new name...  Grandma!!  My first Grandson William was born last Friday.  What a Blessing!!  And of course I have a few pictures to share...

This being SSW2's first Challenge with a Twist, I don't have a new Sketch to share with you but will share the Sketch I used.  Happens to be from our third Challenge...

                                      

I chose this cute Puppy with Balloons and paper pieced the balloon.  I just love this image and think it makes the perfect birthday card for any boy =)

    Congratulations on your new Grandson Sally!! My Grandson is now a year and a half and the sweetest little guy...you will have so much FUN!! I also have twin Granddaughters...so I have three PERFECT blessings!! OH YES...your card is ADORABLE!!!

    To quote the Lego movie, "Oh My G-O-S-H!" Your little Will is absolutely gorgeous! I can't believe how great your card is this week considering how little sleep you've had! That image is great and I love the little pieced balloon! Great job Grandma!

    Sally, I have to say he is beautiful. Such a proud grandma. I am so happy for you and your family. I love your card but, like others that have commented think that your grand son is certainly the spotlight of your post. Congrats!

    Congratulations to the new addition to the family grandma, isn't William so cute you forget how tiny they are and they grow up so quickly.
