I used a favorite stamp from Sassy Cheryl of Sassy Sally celebrating!! The papers are from my Scrap pile. The image is colored with copics and I added some ribbon, glimmer and jewels...

Sally and Sally. LOL What an adorable birthday card. You can NEVER have too many of those. Love the colors and the papers are perfect!!! Do you pick papers first? Or do you color the image first? LOVE IT!
