SSW2 and Dilly Beans!!

Hi there friends...  posting late because I am still without my lap top at home...  the Good News is it will be repaired soon...  once the parts arrive...  YAY!!  So, I am posting during my lunch break at work which will keep this short but sweet =)

This week Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 has a Twisted Challenge...  The last Wednesday of every month we add a Twist.  You can choose your favorite Sketch from our 2014 Challenges and a Twist is added...  This month, the Twist is a Theme - Mermaids and Fairies!!

I am excited to share the new digi "Travel Girl" with you today.  Isn't she just the best??  Looks like she is ready to take on the World rockin' her pencil skirt!!  She is one put together traveller...  I tend to think her seat is in...        First Class!!

I've created this sweet card...

I used a 6X6 My Mind's Eye paper pad "Paris & Co.".  The flower is made with a Tim Holtz Die and added some ribbon and brads from my stash.  The larger brad has the message "Enjoy the journey"!!

Tuesday Throwdown Time!!

Hey there Crafty Friends!!  It's Tuesday!!  Time for Team B to bring some inspiration over at Tuesday Throwdown Challenge #185.  This week's Sponsor is Robyn's Fetish!!  The Challenge this week is to make a card with a Card Topper!  I had never made one of these before...  Be sure to visit the Blog and see what the rest of the Design Team has come up with - very cute cards!!

I chose this wonderful Sunflower image from our Sponsor...  Here's my card...

I used papers from my Stash, colored up the image with Copic Markers, added a button and some twine and stamped a sentiment and then added it with Pop Dots.
