A tradition for more than 30 years is a picture on the porch steps of the Next Generation of "Smiths". This pic is of my parents Great Grandchildren - oh how they would enjoy them...
I'm still waiting for my Grandchildren to come along and join in this Father's Day tradition!!On with this week's Sketch...
We have a wonderful Sponsor this week who is so very faithful and generous... Sally Ann of Digi Stamp Boutique. I chose this wonderful image (which comes with the perfect sentiment) "Pretty Church".
I used some long retired Close to My Heart papers from my stash, colored the image with my Copics and added some lace and a flower from my stash.
I hope you will check out the rest of the Design Team cards and play along with us - I LOVE to see your creations AND the winner will get to choose 6 free digital images!!
Thanks so much for stopping by...
Blessings to you!!
Absolutely gorgeous card Sally. Perfect for that special day.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. Seems like it was a very busy Father's Day for you - and I thought I felt sorry for my Pops when six of us turned up at once with cards and presents, but 57? Wow!
Hope you have a great week.

Hi Sally I just love your Wedding card, such pretty colours and design papers. Love your family pictures on Father's Day. Father's Day in New Zealand is the first Sunday in September. Isn't it funny with both celebrate Mother's Day on the same day. I love family get together's like yours which we always did when mum and dad were alive. But our family is so scattered now three of my sisters and their families all live in Australia and it's myself and my brother's here in New Zealand. It's really not the same without my sisters. Take care and thanks so much for sharing those lovely photo's and your Aunt Grace doesn't look that old at all a very young chick.

What amazing family pictures, and what a blessing to have you all gathered together like that! Your card is just adorable, the lace and flower, and the green door that matches the cardstock all work together so perfectly.
