National Coffee Day, Fresh Brewed Designs and Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2!!

Wow - it's Wednesday and my Post title lists three of my favorite things!!  I love coffee, I love the images at Fresh Brewed Designs (and of course Heather =), and I love the Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 Challenge Blog.   What a Wednesday!!  This week, Fresh Brewed Designs is Sponsoring our Challenge over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2!!  And, it's the last Wednesday of the month which means our Sketch is a Blast from the Past and we have added a Twist - Incorporate something to do with Coffee, be it the digi, the color...  the sentiment...  Think Coffee!!

Did you know that in the US National Coffee Day is coming up - how about celebrating by having a cup and creating a project to share over at SSW2??

Fresh Brewed Designs - Lots of Lattes!!

It's time for a new Challenge over at Fresh Brewed Designs and the theme is Lots of Lattes!!  Who doesn't love going to a coffee shop...?  I think no one =)  Whether it's for coffee, lattes or even tea, I just LOVE going to a favorite Coffee Shop.  For a little added inspiration, check out my Coffee Shop tab at the top of the page.  I haven't updated it in awhile, but you can see some pics of some of my favorite coffee shops.

Heather has some fabulous coffee related digi stamps to choose from which I have used quite a few.  This Challenge I chose Pumpkin Latte Digital Stamp- here's my card...

 

One of my favorite things about Fall is the Pumpkin Spice coffee at a local coffee stop - YUM!!!

Fresh Brewed Designs Glitter Galore Challenge!!

Hi again - two posts in one day!!  Oh boy!!  Super excited to show you my card for the current Challenge over at Fresh Brewed Designs.  I used one of the Mermaids from Heather's latest Digi Release - "Drema Mermaid".  I just love this image!!  I had some retired papers from Close to My Heart that were just perfect...

I used some glittery Stickles and gems for some added sparkle along with some shimmery ribbon.

Beautiful Blocks - Faith

I'm going to send this card along to my sister...  I covet your prayers for her.  She has recently been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.  I am praying for a miracle!!  She has tremendous faith and is in good spirits!!  She starts each day with a smile and a song in her heart, usually a favorite hymn...  

It is so true, Faith comforts the Soul, Hope lights the way and Love never fails!!

Digi Release Day at Fresh Brewed Designs!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Hi friends - so excited to let you all know about what's brewing over at Fresh Brewed Designs!!  Today is Digi Release Day!!!   Heather has created some really fun images for this release.

I have been blessed to have a family Beach House on Cape Cod.  So many of the gift shops feature lots and lots of mermaids, in fact, my favorite Coffee Shop in Cataumet has several mermaids decorating the Ladies Room as well as one life sized mermaid greeting you at the entrance =) SO, I was very excited to see the images I was sent to create with, Merlin and Myrtle!!  How fun are they!?!?!

I think Merlin is quite "taken" with Myrtle!!
